Makepot is a product of Arclusion Private Limited. Makepot provides a desktop editor and cloud services for AI-assisted game creation.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. Stripe may process payment details, billing information, tax information, and fraud-prevention signals according to Stripe's own policies.

Security

Makepot uses third-party payment and cloud infrastructure providers to process payments and operate the service. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by Makepot.

How we use information

We use information to provide the Makepot service, authenticate users, process billing, prevent abuse, debug errors, improve product quality, and respond to support requests.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, storage, analytics, and error reporting. These providers process data only as needed to deliver those services.

Retention

We retain account, billing, project, and log information for as long as needed to operate Makepot, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
