Service

Makepot provides a desktop editor, AI-assisted game creation tools, asset workflows, publishing tools, and related cloud services.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up or purchasing a subscription.

Acceptable use

You may not use Makepot to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, abuse cloud infrastructure, harass others, or create content that is illegal or harmful.

Subscriptions and credits

Paid subscriptions are charged in USD and renew monthly until cancelled. AI credits are consumed when cloud AI features are used. Monthly subscription credits refresh according to the active plan. One-time top-up credits do not expire unless required by law or account closure.

Digital fulfilment

Makepot is delivered as a digital software service. No physical goods are shipped. Paid plan access and credits are provisioned to the user's Makepot account after payment confirmation.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are described in the Refund Policy. Subscriptions remain active through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

User content

You retain ownership of your projects and uploaded content. You grant Makepot the rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content for operating the service.

Third-party services

Makepot uses third-party services for authentication, payment processing, cloud infrastructure, AI providers, and storage. Your use of Makepot may also be subject to those providers' terms.

Warranty disclaimer

Makepot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
