Refund Policy

Subscriptions
Paid Makepot subscriptions, when enabled, are billed monthly unless a different billing interval is shown before checkout. You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
Digital delivery
Makepot is a digital software service. No physical products are shipped. Paid access and credits are delivered to your Makepot account after Stripe confirms payment.
Cancellation
You can cancel a paid Makepot subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future subscription charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Refund window
If you are not satisfied with a paid Makepot subscription, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@arclusion.com. Refunds are reviewed case by case and are generally available when usage has been limited and the request is made in good faith.
Top-ups
One-time credit top-ups are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If a top-up was purchased by mistake and credits have not been used, contact support within 7 days.
Failed payments and disputes
If a payment fails, your account may lose paid-plan access until payment succeeds. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before opening a card dispute so we can investigate quickly.
